Shipping policy

From the date of receipt we aim to despatch your order within three working days (saddles excluded). From the date of despatch deliveries will be sent on a next working day delivery service, please allow up to 5.30pm for delivery.

Please note that we are closed weekends and bank holidays.

Every effort will be made to despatch your order within two working days, however at peak periods and if any items are not on the shelf and need to be made, this despatch time may be extended.

• Our delivery service is provided by DPD.
• DPD will notify you when to expect your delivery and you will also be able to track, amend and add instructions to your delivery through www.dpd.co.uk or the DPD app
• Our standard delivery charge does not include Saturday deliveries.
• Please include a contact telephone number which can be given to the courier company.
• You will be notified by email if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than our stated time.
